Retirement Services Rep (FINRA LICENSING REQUIRED)

The Retirement Services Representative serves as the primary point of contact for employees of ADP Retirement Service's clients, providing exceptional service and proactively driving employee education on retirement and financial planning tools. This role involves educating employees on plan benefits, investment products, and distribution options while assisting with individual account transactions and rollovers. The position requires maintaining a full working knowledge of recordkeeping platforms and CRM systems to troubleshoot issues and support high call volumes.
