Retread Technician

The Retread Technician is responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality retreads by performing specific retreading and repair job assignments according to company specifications and standards. The role involves inspecting tires, operating buffing and curing machines, applying rubber cement and treads, and ensuring proper identification and completion of work. The technician must also maintain plant cleanliness, manage inventory of materials, and adhere to safety protocols and drug testing requirements.
