Retreat Support Associate (RSA)

Spirit Rock is seeking experienced insight meditation practitioners to provide as-needed coverage for the Retreat Support Associate role, supporting the physical and emotional well-being of retreatants during intensive meditation practice. This temporary, part-time position involves staying on campus during residential retreats to assist retreatants with practical needs, emergencies, and emotional support while collaborating with teaching teams and staff. The role requires flexibility to work variable shifts, including overnight hours, based on retreat schedules.
