Retreats Manager

The Retreats Manager serves as the primary point of contact for retreat groups at Frontier Cove, managing reservations, scheduling, and on-site hosting to ensure a distraction-free and impactful ministry experience. This role involves overseeing the cleanliness and attractiveness of camp spaces, collaborating with the Jr. Camp team during the summer, and working closely with staff to support groups in their ministry goals. The position requires a Christlike character, strong planning skills, and the ability to manage and coach direct reports within a mission-driven, relational environment.
