About this role

The Retrofit Solutions SB Designer role focuses on providing and supporting valuable Retrofit Solutions packages to maintain aircraft airworthiness and enhance customer operations. The position involves interpreting design definitions, performing technical analysis, and developing Service Bulletins (SBs) to ensure compliance with Airbus standards. The role requires close coordination with various departments to deliver high-quality SBs on time and support the SB embodiment process.

Responsibilities

Interpret design definitions and analyze installation principles for airframe structures or cabin modifications
Perform technical analysis to define SB configurations, calculate man-hour estimates, and determine aircraft access requirements
Author Service Bulletins and develop technical illustrations using 3D source files and mock-ups
