Return to Vendor Specialist

The Return to Vendor Specialist manages the processing and sorting of returned, damaged, or defective merchandise from retail locations within the Distribution Center. This role involves handling the complete merchandise return process, obtaining return authorizations from vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate processing in accordance with company policies. The specialist also assists with general warehouse needs and collaborates with sales support and logistics teams to facilitate seamless returns.
