About this role

The Manager of Revenue Accounting at Backblaze will own and lead the end-to-end revenue accounting function, ensuring revenue recognition policies and operations scale with the business. This role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering to support compliance with ASC 606 and US GAAP and to enable SEC reporting and SOX controls. The manager will also drive system and process improvements and mentor the revenue accounting team.
