About this role
The Global Revenue Cycle Analyst ensures global customers receive accurate and timely invoices by managing monthly and quarterly billing cycles and performing billing audits. The role analyzes large datasets to identify and resolve billing discrepancies, coordinates with internal teams (Finance, BDO, Billing Support), and drives process improvements. The analyst also serves as a subject matter expert on products, leads stakeholder meetings, and communicates status and mitigation plans to leadership.
