Revenue Cycle Analyst

This role supports the hospital, surgical, and clinical practices as well as Mayo Clinic leadership on revenue cycle issues within a multi-site, multi-specialty academic medical center. The position involves collaborating with teams to enhance revenue, ensure billing compliance, and interpret coding and billing rules while minimizing financial and legal risks. The analyst provides advanced revenue and billing analytics, leads multi-disciplinary projects, and mentors staff to drive process improvements and best practices.
