The Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor oversees accounts receivable follow-up, denials, appeals, and collections for anatomic pathology and genetics laboratory services within the Quadax revenue cycle management system. This role serves as a technical lead for the collections team, ensuring effective follow-up, accurate documentation, and timely claim resolution while managing worklists and escalation standards. The Supervisor partners with management to train staff, audit accounts, track key performance indicators, and improve reimbursement through cross-functional collaboration.
