Revenue Cycle Manager

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a people-first Revenue Cycle Management Manager to lead and develop multiple revenue cycle teams, strengthen operational performance, and resolve complex insurance and payer issues. This role oversees daily operations across Denials, Patient Billing, and Payment Posting while establishing clear expectations, developing supervisors, and improving workflows. The position requires a strong people leader with at least five years of management experience to drive process improvements and ensure consistent, accountable performance.
