Revenue Cycle Optimization Analyst

This role serves as a liaison between Revenue Cycle leadership and BOC teams, performing workflow assessments and analyzing internal business systems to determine functional requirements for optimal Epic system utilization. The position involves analyzing problems, recommending improvements, and developing action plans to promote the transformation and optimization of the Epic system. The analyst reports findings to leadership, presents solutions to workflow inefficiencies, and implements these solutions throughout the Baptist system.
