The Revenue Cycle Specialist is responsible for daily operations related to billing, claims generation, pre-bill review, accounts receivable follow‑up, denials management, and payment posting. Working under the Director, the role ensures accurate claim submission, resolves payer issues, processes credit card payments, and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
