Revenue Cycle Specialist

This role is responsible for collecting outstanding balances from commercial insurance and self-pay payers while continuously improving revenue cycle processes. The position involves managing client business accounts, policy applications, and collection activities to ensure the integrity of the accounts receivable ledger. The specialist will coordinate with outside agencies, maintain compliance with credit policies, and provide documentation to assist in the fiscal management of the agency.
