Revenue Cycle Trainer - Patient Access

The Revenue Cycle Trainer - Patient Access role involves mastering the Epic application and departmental workflows related to Patient Access and billing. This individual serves as a subject matter expert on the end-to-end workflow and data flow through the entire Epic Revenue Cycle. The position requires acting as a bridge between hospital end users and Epic build/implementation teams, assisting with planning and coordinating Epic training for all staff. Additionally, the trainer develops and maintains the training environment, curriculum, and test data, while reviewing and analyzing the system in collaboration with various stakeholders.
