This role provides personalized coordination and communication of all financial aspects of patient care, including insurance verification, registration, and financial counseling. The position partners with the clinical care team to determine the financial impact for patients and serves as the primary contact for financial questions throughout the treatment continuum. Responsibilities include verifying coverage, obtaining authorizations, calculating patient liability, and assisting patients with billing issues and alternative funding resources.
