About this role
The role owns end-to-end Revenue Growth Management (RGM) for Switzerland and Austria and leads eCommerce RGM for the DACH region, accountable for driving top-line and margin growth across all channels. The position collaborates with commercial, finance and marketing teams to define category and portfolio strategies and implement solutions that align with the DACH strategic agenda. The role reports to the Head of Revenue Growth & Planning and focuses on maximizing value generation across pack, channel, price and promotion levers.
