Revenue Integrity Analyst I

The Revenue Integrity Analyst I supports the Revenue Integrity team by strengthening the interface between clinical departments and the charge improvement process to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and total reimbursement. This role assists with resolving billing issues and denials, conducting charge audits, and educating clinical staff on correct charge capture, documentation, and coding processes. The position plays a key role in optimizing revenue cycle processes and maintaining accurate charge description masters across the Hartford HealthCare system.
