Responsible for balancing financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues, with accountability for pricing, positioning, and inventory across all hotels in the market. The role involves overseeing demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting, and opportunity analysis processes while contributing to sales strategies for transient customers. This position serves as the primary contact for stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, owners, and the regional team.
