Revenue Manager

This role is responsible for establishing the overall revenue strategy for Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort, focusing on maximizing total revenue and optimizing pricing and distribution. The position involves leading the pre-opening setup of the revenue management function, developing comprehensive strategies across rooms, F&B, and ancillary outlets, and driving market positioning through data-led decision making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on commercial strategies and support the hotel's strategic goals during pre-opening and post-launch phases.
