Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Operations Manager will build the revenue engine for a new Home & Auto insurance business unit from the ground up, owning the 0-to-1 design and implementation of the CRM, sales processes, reporting, and operating workflows. This hands-on role involves administering and evolving HubSpot, connecting it with other tools, and establishing the data foundation to help the business acquire and serve customers at scale. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to translate an emerging business model into practical systems and repeatable processes.
