Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain 3D Revit models for existing facilities
Convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files into LOD 300+ Revit models
Develop accurate building models using field information, redlines, as-built documentation, and existing record drawings
Integrate LIDAR point clouds and field verification data into Revit workflows
Support modeling of architectural, structural, and facility systems with emphasis on building conditions

Skills

Qualifications

3+ years of Revit experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilitiesExperience creating and maintaining 3D Revit modelsAbility to convert CAD, MicroStation, or legacy drawing files into Revit modelsFamiliarity with BIM documentation workflows, model organization, and quality controlU.S. citizenship and ability to pass background screening
