Reward Programmes Manager

As a Reward Programmes Manager at Bupa, you will lead the preparation of executive remuneration data for annual reporting and support accurate, compliant reward activities across the organization. You will create and maintain reward processes, manage the global long-term incentive plan database, and provide leadership and coaching to a Reward Advisor.
