Reward Strategy Lead

As a Reward Strategy Lead for Project Ascent, you will act as a deputy to the Head of Reward Strategy to drive a Group-wide transformation of how the organization rewards, recognizes, and retains talent. This pivotal role requires building senior influence across Reward, People, and business units to translate strategic direction into practical outcomes regarding performance, market competitiveness, and colleague experience. You will lead workstreams focused on pay differentiation, recruitment experimentation, and future-state tooling while ensuring effective adoption of the new reward proposition.
