RF Field Engineer

The RF Field Engineer is responsible for the hands-on technical delivery of large in-building DAS and managed networks, from initial site surveys through commissioning and ongoing performance. Serving as the technical bridge between design engineering, deployment crews, and carriers, the role focuses on field execution, validation, and testing to ensure networks meet carrier KPIs and client SLAs. This position requires regular travel to customer sites across the nation to perform installation validation, commissioning, and maintenance support.
