RF Planning and Optimization Engineer

This role supports the planning, optimization, and performance management of Digicel's radio access networks to enhance coverage, capacity, and service quality. The position involves executing RF engineering activities, analyzing network KPIs, and conducting drive tests to troubleshoot faults and recommend corrective actions. The incumbent will also prepare technical documentation, support network rollouts, and collaborate with operations and vendors to ensure network performance standards are met.
