RF Subsystem Development Lead

This role provides technical and operational leadership for complex engineering development programs, working alongside the Responsible Engineer to define project requirements and ensure deliverables meet customer specifications. The position involves directing project engineering efforts to maintain schedule and budget adherence while managing an RF subsystem development effort across multiple technical disciplines. Key responsibilities include leading trade studies, facilitating design reviews, and serving as the primary technical interface with customers.
