The RF Analog Design Lead provides technical and execution leadership for RF, Analog, and Mixed-Signal subsystems within GlobalFoundries' Smart Analog and Sensor device portfolio. Acting as the technical authority for architecture and design quality, the role drives alignment across system requirements, circuit design, and manufacturing teams to deliver automotive-grade silicon. This position requires deep expertise in circuit design and the ability to mentor engineers without direct people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead RF, analog, and mixed-signal architecture across smart sensor products
Own end-to-end technical quality from concept to silicon production
Serve as design authority for critical RF and analog blocks
Drive alignment between system requirements, circuit design, and test strategies
Mentor engineers through technical leadership and best-practice definition
