General Consideration
The RF/Electromagnetic Effects Engineer supports the design, development, integration, and qualification of advanced weapons systems by managing and mitigating electromagnetic environmental effects. This role leads analysis and test activities related to electromagnetic compatibility, electronic warfare survivability, and hazards of electromagnetic radiation to ordnance to ensure safe and effective operation of RF-enabled weapon systems. The position supports system engineering teams throughout the design, integration, test, and fielding lifecycle.
