About this role
The Jr. Manager Revenue Growth Management (RGM) for Mexico will support execution of Bacardi’s RGM agenda by using data and insights to influence pricing, portfolio and profitability decisions across the market. The role provides exposure to Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Global RGM stakeholders and is designed to build technical RGM expertise and commercial finance acumen for future leadership roles. It sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and financial analytics to drive revenue optimization and margin expansion.
