Rig Operator

The Rig Operator leads a workover rig crew and is responsible for safely operating and driving the assigned workover rig. This position involves crew preparation, rig inspection and maintenance, and supporting safety programs in accordance with company and customer requirements. The role requires leading rig-up and rig-down activities while ensuring compliance with Axis safety and performance standards.
