About this role
ERM is hiring a Right-of-Way Agent based in the Trenton, NJ / Philadelphia, PA / Allentown, PA area. This is a full-time, limited-term (12 months) remote/hybrid role that involves review of title and land rights, licenses, leases, permits, and other documents related to service easements. The position requires local travel to project sites as needed.
