Risk Adjustment Data Entry

This role focuses on improving the documentation of acuity for the capitated GMG patient population through the Review Medical History process, intake visits, and other outreach efforts. The position also supports various Managed Care projects and ensures accurate data entry and reporting to meet departmental goals. Team members are expected to maintain clinical competencies, adhere to confidentiality standards, and provide excellent customer service.
