Risk and Compliance Manager

The Risk and Compliance Manager will join AIA Australia’s internal consulting team supporting the Marketing and Proposition division, providing first-line risk and compliance oversight for retail life insurance products. The role partners across Product, Pricing, Technology, Marketing and Legal to embed risk frameworks, ensure regulatory and customer obligations are met, and strengthen risk ownership across the business. This position is focused on maintaining compliance and governance standards within a large life insurance organisation.
