Risk and Compliance Manager

This role provides broad exposure across risk and compliance, contributing to the development of risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance for Monument International's Isle of Man business and Singapore branch. The position serves as the principal day-to-day risk management resource to the CRO & IHoC, offering independent oversight, constructive challenge, and support for the Risk Management Framework. Additionally, the role holder undertakes compliance activities within the Compliance Framework and may perform or assist with the responsibilities of the Isle of Man Data Protection Officer.
