This role supports the effective management of operational, technology, regulatory, information security, and cyber risks across the country’s Technology and Operations environment. Working closely with the Country CTOO and T&O Risk and Control Head, the position assesses control effectiveness, identifies emerging risks, coordinates remediation activities, and ensures material issues are escalated through appropriate governance forums. The role also embeds a strong risk culture by providing guidance, training, and oversight across relevant Operations and Client Journey teams.
