Risk and Controls Assurance Program Leader

The RCSA Leader strengthens the Personal Investor division’s risk framework by designing, implementing, and executing the Risk and Control Self‑Assessment lifecycle. The role ensures proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across wealth management advice, educational tools, and financial products while maintaining effective internal controls. The position partners with business leaders and control functions to align RCSA activities with enterprise policies and regulatory expectations.
