This role is responsible for developing and implementing Corporate Risk Management and Environmental, Health and Safety strategies, frameworks, and systems to prevent losses and proactively mitigate and control risk. The position leads the placement and coordination of Commercial Property & Casualty and Personal Lines Insurance programs, including the administration of two wholly-owned insurance captives, the Enterprise Risk Management process, and claims management. Reporting to the CHRO, the role oversees the Manager of Corporate Safety and Director of Risk Management.
