Leads delivery of the annual assurance plan for the Invest Pillar, ensuring regulations, policies and procedures are applied appropriately across the bank. Manages a team of risk assurance specialists conducting deep-dive, thematic and monitoring reviews and coordinates combined assurance with other assurance providers. Drives development of quality assurance methodology, PRCMs, and ensures findings are tracked to resolution.
