Risk, Control and Process Specialist

This strategic role partners with the Head of Financial Crime and senior stakeholders to design, assess, and optimize end-to-end financial crime processes, controls, and governance frameworks. The position leverages expertise in risk management, process engineering, and regulatory compliance to ensure effective and efficient operations aligned with business objectives. The specialist will identify opportunities to improve controls, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance across the Financial Crime value chain.
