Risk Control

This role directs safety control and risk management services for a real estate development client, serving as a dedicated safety partner across affordable, student, and military housing portfolios, as well as active construction sites. The position involves conducting safety audits, leading OSHA compliance, analyzing liability and property exposures, and driving enterprise loss control programs. It requires close coordination with an internal risk management team and site workforce, with significant travel during the first year.
