Risk & Controls Manager - Fixed Term

The Risk & Controls Manager will strengthen and harmonise the risk and compliance environment by conducting gap analyses and implementing an enhanced Group model. This role focuses on building and embedding a risk and compliance framework aligned with regulatory requirements, monitoring and testing programmes, and ensuring consistent execution across the business. The position involves enhancing reporting suites, working with first-line teams to embed controls, and supporting training and documentation efforts.
