Risk Governance and Strategy

This role involves developing and maintaining an enterprise-wide risk management framework aligned with ISO 31000, Basel principles, and State Bank of Vietnam regulations. The position requires overseeing risk identification and assessment across all business lines, leading fraud risk management governance, and providing strategic advice to the CEO and Executive Board. The incumbent will also serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and drive a proactive risk management culture within the organization.
