Risk & Internal Control Director

This newly created role reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for building the internal control framework from the ground up. The scope extends beyond traditional financial controls to include operational processes driving revenue, regulatory compliance, and investor confidence. The position involves establishing risk registries, maintaining control frameworks aligned with the COSO Integrated Framework, and ensuring audit readiness for financial auditors and certification bodies.
