The Risk and Internal Control Officer will help safeguard Wave's operations by identifying, assessing, and informing mitigation of strategic, operational, financial, technological, and reputational risks. The role supports sustainable growth in Senegal by enabling controlled risk-taking, strengthening internal controls, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership. The position reports to the Risk and Internal Control Lead and works closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
