Risk Management Operations Manager

This role oversees the daily functions of the Risk Management Operations department, including local oversight of the Risk Management Information System and loss control initiatives. The position is responsible for developing regional risk management plans, analyzing claims data, and providing risk analysis on strategic initiatives across clinical, operational, and financial domains. The incumbent also serves as the PSO Liaison, ensuring compliance with patient safety regulations and maintaining collaborative relationships with hospital leadership.
