Risk Management & Safety Assistant

This role supports the Director of Risk Management & Safety in managing the county's risk management and safety programs to ensure adequate insurance coverage and a safe environment for employees and citizens. The position involves developing safety initiatives, analyzing claims data, administering insurance programs, and supervising staff to maintain regulatory compliance. It also includes serving as a backup liaison with insurance carriers and assisting in emergency operations as needed.
