Risk Management Specialist

The Risk Management Specialist supports Talos's enterprise risk management, insurance, and surety programs in partnership with the Risk Manager, Treasury, and various stakeholders. The role serves as a resource to business units on insurance and surety matters while supporting renewals, claims, reporting, due diligence, and related financial and strategic projects. This position involves managing corporate insurance programs, maintaining risk frameworks, and overseeing the surety program including bonds and letters of credit. The specialist also provides advisory support to business units and partners with internal functions like Legal, Finance, and Treasury on risk-related initiatives.
