Risk Management Specialist

The Risk Management Specialist assesses, responds to, and educates staff about risk factors identified through patient and visitor incidents, clinical events, and medical records. The role involves conducting investigations, tracking and trending incidents, and reporting findings to management for corrective action. This position also handles patient complaints, coordinates termination of care requests, and assists with risk claims administration and litigation support.
