Risk Management Specialist

This role oversees the identification and analysis of loss or injury exposure, maintaining incident reporting systems and conducting statistical analysis to reduce risk. The specialist coordinates risk education, facilitates root cause analysis for serious incidents, and manages the patient grievance process. Additionally, the position may serve as a Patient Safety Organization Liaison to ensure compliance with federal regulations and improve patient safety.
